To compare the functionality of our software to that of our competitors, we can identify competitors in the market, run actions in their software that we can accomplish in ours, review the release notes and support FAQs for the competitors' software to generate test ideas, and report the findings of the comparison and the test ideas generated from the release notes and FAQs.
